My name is Jerry Catayong born 1985 in Manila, The Philippines.

At a very young age, I have already been interested in photography. Wanting it but not really taking it too seriously at that time (well you’re young so what can you do?) and not knowing that it will eventually end up now as my passion and profession is something I call a fantastic journey.

Learning the language and moving to Germany in 2012 made me decide to pursue this dream…

In 2013 I started my studies and training as a photographer and worked together with Fotostudio Günther and Steffi Walter. My “Berufsschule”- Johannes-Gutenberg-Schule was located in Heidelberg, Germany.  September 2016 wrapped up my 3 year education and I am now officially a “Fotograf“ (Certified Photographer).

This website is basically an extract of my work and have some samples of what I have done so far.
